PACKAGING AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

HOW TO PACK AND SHIP TO GOLD STAR

STEP 1
Inspect all your cards for any dust or fingerprints, if spotted, please remove with micro fiber cloth. (Be careful not to scratch your card!)

STEP 2
Insert card into a clear penny sleeve.

STEP 3
Put a tab on the back of the penny sleeve. (not the actual card itself)

STEP 4
Place Card into semi rigid card holder, if you are choosing our heavy lifting option or you are submitting to MNT, please put your card into a top loader.

STEP 5
Group your cards by service level, and wrap each stack of cards together in bubble wrap, then place a piece of cardboard on both sides and tape together.

STEP 6
For each stack of cards, use a sharpie or pen, put down your name and the respective service level you selected on the cardboard.

STEP 7
Box up your cards and make sure everything is snug within the box.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once we have received your cards, we will be recording a box opening video, which will be provided in a link within your Orders Page.

This is for your documentation purposes as well as proof that we have received your cards in the way you have mailed to us

FOR YOUR RECORDS

After your cards have been processed by us, you will receive a summary of your cards, as well as submission status. This will all be updated regularly which will be provided in a link within your Orders Page.

THE END IS NEAR

Only applicable to PSA Submissions

When the submission has reached the “QA Check” stage, a final invoice will be sent to you and you will have 7 calendar days to pay for the remainder amount.

Failure to do so will incur a 10% surcharge on the remainder amount. If payment is not made within 30 calendar days after the final invoice date, ownership of your cards will be transferred to Gold Star TCG and the remaining grading fee + 10% surcharge will still be owed by you to Gold Star TCG.

THE WAIT IS OVER

Finally, when we have received your graded cards back from grading companies, we will be live streaming the box opening in our Facebook page!

You will be contacted to have your graded cards shipped back to you or picked up!
